much” or “How
many”.
HOW MUCH ...?

You can use How
much with
uncountable nouns.
Look at these examples:

take?
- how much money do you
make per month?
- How much time do we need
to finish this task?
- How much coffee is there
in the coffee pot?
- How much sugar is in
the package?
- Precio:
You can also use How much when you
want to know the PRICE of something.
In that case, use How much with countable nouns (both singular
and plural nouns).

- How much do these pants cost?
- How much is the blue one?
- How much traffic is there?
HOW MANY ...?
- Cantidad:
You use How many when you
want to know the QUANTITY of
something. It is only used with plural countable nouns.

- How many cars can you see?

- How many students are in class now?
